Here is another website that sells bento stuff – I didn’t see it in your list, so I thought that maybe you would want to add it. It has a lot of the same items like sites such as “from japan with love” and so on, but the prices tend to be lower.
Well, here it is:

Thanks Yiran! I definitely will add it.
I’m so excited; I’ll be coming to Hawaii in a couple of weeks for vacation. I’ll be on Oahu for most of the time, but will probably make 1 island-hopping to the Big Island or somewhere else.
I am very much looking forward to going bento shopping! There are practically no bento shops where I live
If you have any travel advice or must-see places, I’d love to hear them! I am looking forwards to this trip!
Yay, that’s awesome!
For bento shopping you have to go to Marukai! You do need to get a membership ($10 for the year) but I think they offer 1 day passes to those from out of town. Also the Executive Chef at Ward has a great selection of cookie cutters, fun silicone muffin cups, and those sugar eyes that I use a lot for my bentos.

I just ordered a bunch of bento stuff from from “All Things for Sale”; it only took about three days for everything to arrive at my house!
I’m considering the possibility of ordering some things from J-Box. I would most likely choose the SAL (economy airmail) or first class airmal shipping method; the website lists the approximate shipping time – but from your experience Susan, how accurate are the times that they list?
Regarding my orders, J-Box has always delivered on time or earlier than the shipping estimate. I have always had great experiences with them.
That’s good to hear – I placed my order with them last night.

Hi! I’ll be traveling to Hawaii (the Big Island) in a few weeks. Do you know of any places there that carry bento supplies? There are very few local places to shop where I live. Wish we had time for a bento shopping excursion to Oahu. HA!
Thanks!
Hi Amy! I am not sure where they would have bento supplies. I know that they have a Sanrio store at the Prince Kuhio Mall that carries bento boxes and a few accessories. I am sorry that I can’t be much more help than that. Thank you for your comment!
