Paige’s lunch today includes roasted chicken seasoned with smoked salt, pepper and garlic, colorful farfalle with pesto, and a Caesar salad with heart shaped garlic croutons. I had a few slices of bread that were a bit stale, so I cut them with a heart shaped cutter, tossed them in garlic butter, and toasted them in the oven until they became golden and crisp.

Mini Pepperoni Pizzas and Caesar Salad Bento #17
For Paige’s lunch today, I used up the rest of the Bagel Bites that I picked up a while back from Costco and made them into mini pepperoni pizzas by adding on more mozzarella cheese and small pepperoni cutouts. I also packed a Caesar salad and a cutie (clementine) to complete her lunch. The Caesar dressing is stored in the blue elephant mayo container that Paige can pour on herself when its time for her to eat. I don’t know what it is about Caesar salad, but even when I was a kid I loved it just like my children. It must be all of that garlic and cheese. Hope you all have a great weekend!
