Every Fourth of July weekend, our church goes camping at Malaekahana Beach Park, which is about 40 minutes north of Honolulu. The beach is absolutely beautiful and camp is a great time for our church family and friends to fellowship and enjoy God’s many blessings. We also celebrated Aliisa’s (our beautiful young friend’s) birthday. Happy Birthday Aliisa!!!
After all of the Fourth of July festivities I was too tired too cook and we had Costco rotisserie chicken (which I love) for dinner. The next day, I made Pikachu out of fried rice made with the leftover chicken and vegetables. The rest of the bento included sliced rotisserie chicken and honeydew melon flowers.
