Paige will be going on a sleepover this evening, so we made more brownie pops for her to take over to her friend’s house. We made some of the brownie pops with chocolate sprinkles and the rest with the rainbow nonpareils, and then bagged them in fun cellophane bags. 
With the leftover batter we made these brownie cupcakes and spooned the leftover chocolate (that we used for dipping the pops) over the tops with sprinkles. Paige called them the “Great Chocolate Volcanoes”.
