This morning I did four- three minute segments promoting Hawai`i’s Bento Box Cookbook with Manolo Morales from KHON 2 News. I woke up at 1:30 am to prepare for the morning show and made a total of twelve bentos and prepared four extra bentos to demo! It was a lot of fun, but I’m glad that it’s all over. Paige and Sean were also featured in a couple of the segements and they both had a blast being on TV. A short clip can be seen on the KHON site. Many thanks to Manolo, George, and KHON! Also last week Tuesday I did a short appearance on KITV with Mahealani Richardson to promote the book. But unfortunately I forgot to bring my camera so there are no pics!
